btrfs Support

Hello,

I am currently looking into moving our hosting setup to using Cloudlinux 7 from our current Cloudlinux/CentOS 6 (new builds now, migrating old servers down the road). I have been using Cpanel on CentOS 7 with btrfs with no issues thus far, however appears that the only file systems included with Cloudlinux 7 are xfs and ext4. Is the correct? Are there any plans at adding support for btrfs?

CloudLinux 7 already has btrfs module in the system, you just need to start using it with modprobe btrfs . However I want to warn you that we never tried how it works, please use for your own risk.

Yes, xfs and ext4 are only fs includede with CloudLinux 7, and we are not planning to include btrfs by default.
