Nginx Captcha is installing now... not completing

I recently installed cloudlinux on a cPanel machine.

Im having an issue where in settings it says

"Nginx Captcha
Nginx Captcha is installing now..."

but it doesnt seem to complete. Ive tried a reinstallation of cloud linux and manually reinstalling the nginx captcha package through yum.

Is there anything I am missing or something that I need to install in Easy Apache before it installs?

Nginx captcha is a part of Imunify360 actually. Have you installed it as well?
