I am using ispmanager hosting panel with cloudlinux. And have issue with opcache for the alt version of the php. The opcacche dose not caching files. Can you help with this

You mean opcache for websites? How do you check it?
Anyway, its better to create support ticket with us so we can check the issue in place.
