    MySQL Governor

I saw a small blurb in the press release about a MySQL Governor module that is currently in beta. Any way to opt in to help test this? This is something Im definitely interested in for our servers.

Sorry about that -- we will try making it available next week. We just have so many things going on/so much demand after HostingCon, that it taking us much more then we expected.

It took much longer then expected, but beta version has been released.
Please, try it on non-production servers first

        Any feedback will be appreciated.

Is the CloudLinux MySQL just a userstats patched version of MySQL? If so Im guessing if you
e running Percona builds, MariaDB or even your own patched version its not necessary to run the MySQL server provided by CloudLinux?

            Tony,

It is a bit modified version of userstats that have higher resolution for cpu usage.
It also has a patch that allows to "disconnect" users by setting connection limit to -1.
If you don want to use "freeze" feature (disconnect user completely) -- you might be able to use Percona/MariaDB
