    Hello,

    I bought cloudlinux PRO about 3 hours ago. Interestingly, my license was deleted before I could see my license. I'm trying to open a ticket and I can't. Only the billing department allows opening a ticket. They are also on vacation. I called the USA from Turkey by phone and there is no phone support. How will I get support? The server structure is broken because there is no installation and I cannot access my sites.​

    Sorry to hear that, indeed the billing department is not working during weekends. Anyway, I've asked our support to check it ASAP.

    The websites functionality is not related to CL license, when the license becomes inactive sites should continue working, most likely the issue is not related.
