Billing question

We just got our annual renewal invoice and some things are unclear, hoping someone can explain.

1. I note an additional line item for CloudLinux 6 ELS. All our servers have been CL 7 since 2019, so what is the extra CloudLinux 6 ELS fee for?
2. We note a price increase announcement in April stating that the increase is in the amount of 5% per license. Our price has increased from $120/key per year to $151.20/key per year. Can someone explain how this is a 5% increase and not a 26% increase.
