Scaning a specific or all users is always aborted automatically

    Scaning a specific or all users is always aborted automatically

    Please when i scan for malware for a particular user or even for all users they get aborted automatically.

    the var/log/imunify360/error_log shows:

    UPD: As I can see, you have already submitted a ticket to our Support Team, and the `alt-libssh211` update helped to resolve the issue with the scan (:

      Hi,

      Happy New Year!

      Could you please clarify if you have ClamAV service running on the server? It may cause resource conflicts and false positives when running at the same time as Imunify Scanner, so we recommend removing it if it's currently in use.

      You can also try to update the following package as it may also be outdated:
