  • Local Router Limitation issue on the IP Full Access

    Hi.
I've got a new server a few months now and I need to check a couple of things and wonder if anyone can advise.

So this is my Router with Sky. It appears it may expire, but I don't know how to, and if I need to, change it so that it doesn't expire?

The other question is that on my Server I can Whitelist IP addresses, but is this something that I should do in Imunify or on the server? I figure one must have a priority over another.
I use Plesk by the way.

    Thanks

    Hello,

The comment in whitelisted IP record suggests that IP was added automatically due to passing recaptcha or JS challenge (after version 7.10.3) It is also triggered when IP is logged in hosting panel as admin/root. Setting that affecting expiration time:

If you wish to whitelist your IP permanently without expiration, please add it to whitelist with 0 as expiration.
    Via UI:

    Via CLI:

IPs in whitelist have no priority one over the other so from point of view of access to server, it should be the same.

If you have any questions, please let us know.
