    Is your ticketing system offline?

    I have no way of submitting a ticket. When I login and go to add a ticket, there's no zendesk form anymore.

    Could you please clarify where you are trying to do it? The only one recent changes were done to CloudLinux Manger control panel plugin, we've implemented Virtual Assistant in front of it to provide you with the blazing fast answers, and they are very accurate, please give it a try. It was pre-trained on our KB and documentation and tested a lot.

    Please treat this as my personal recommendation since I was leading this project

    If the issue is not addressed, just say you want to create ticket and ticketing form will be displayed on the same page.
