ImunifyAV paid version remove only Malicious code from file or delete full file?

I want to know that, can you tell me that paid version of Imunify360 are you remove only malicious code from my file or delete my full file which injected by malicious code.

Hi,

The cleanup mechanism are identical in both products ImunifyAV+ and Imunify360.

If some malicious code is present in files stored on a server, upon the cleanup, Imunify only removes the malicious patterns. Thus, in case some of the initially legit file (e.g. of the WordPress script) is infected and includes some malicious lines – only harmful code will be removed and the valid one will be left untouched.

You don't need to worry about the files integrity after the Imunify cleanup as it deals with the malicious patterns present in our malware database only (:
