Stop "blocked" notifications?

Is there a way to stop "blocked" notification emails, short of turning off notifications from root in cPanel?

I have a high traffic server that occasionally sends out several hundreds of notifications an hour and the only way to stop them that I have found it to turn off root notifications in cPanel. This, of course, turns off some notifications I want.

I turned off notifications out of frustration so I dont have an example.

If you still have that "blocked" notification emails, then it would be nice to see that email sample or screenshot. We would be glad to recover the original post context to make sure this issue will be addressed in one of next releases.
