CSF Whitelist Not Being Obeyed

Hi, an IP that I have whitelisted in CSF keeps getting greylisted and blocked by Imunify360.

Immediately after removing the IP from the greylist it gets added back in and CSFs whitelist isnt being obeyed.

How can I permanently remove this IP from the greylist or get Imunify360 to obey CSFs whitelist?

Ive opened a ticket regarding the matter.
