On OpenVZ support:
Imunify360 requires ipset support to operate. This feature is available in VZ kernel since version 3.10.0-327.10.1.vz7.12.8 (yet, no testing has been performed for Imunify360 inside VZ containers)

Hello, yes, it works absolutely fine on centos6 or centos7 servers. Packages that are missing in your yum are available from centos-base repo. Here is exact links:
Same for centos7, just package with nc called nmap-ncat
So, you probably just need to ensure that you have base repos enabled.

imunify cant be installed on centos 6 Cpanel servers, not cloudlinux
Hi,
We are currently testing imunify on our servers. I have checked the documentation that says it works on normal centos 6 and 7 servers. Unfortunately my install caused the below error.
=====
--> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: Package: imunify360-firewall-2.3-13.noarch (imunify360-testing)
Requires: /usr/bin/nc
Error: Package: imunify360-firewall-2.3-13.noarch (imunify360-testing)
Requires: ipset
You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
** Found 2 pre-existing rpmdb problem(s), yum check output follows:
1:grub-0.97-94.el6_7.1.x86_64 has missing requires of system-logos
plymouth-0.8.3-27.el6_5.1.cloudlinux.x86_64 has missing requires of system-logos
Package imunify360-firewall was not installed.

Could you please clarify on whether there needs to be anything other to be followed on an installation on Centos Cpanel server.? Does it ontly works with cloudlinux servers? Is it possible to install immunify on Openvz servers with centos 6 cpanel servers. ?Tags: None
