    Persistent False-Positive Wp Plugin

    Hi there,

Ive run into persistent problem where IM360 breaks websites using WP Cornerstone plugin and it is always the same file:

    /wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/classes/styling/class-font-manager.php

I have whitelisted and submitted this file numerous times but it keeps getting quarantined.

Could you guys please look into this and provide a solution.

    Thanks
    G

    Hi Glenn,

Does adding the file to malware ignore list not help?

      Hi Alex,

Adding to ignore list only works so long as file isnt changed. Any update or even upload of the same version will trigger rescan and the file becomes quarantined again.

When the file is quarantined, it breaks the site.

I have a lot of customers using Cornerstone plugin so this becomes a serious problem as you can imagine.

      thx

        Hi Glenn,

A few questions on this matter:
Which version of Imunify360 are you running? Is inotify scanning active?

I am running IM360 3.4.5-2 and inotify is enabled.

            Glenn,

This will be fixed in Imunify360 ver 3.6 which is planned to go to beta by the end of the next week.
