Minor errors when installing ImunifyAV

Hi,

Ive found these 2 errors when installing ImunifyAV:

Detecting ostype... /etc/os-release: line 1: syntax error near unexpected token `(

/etc/os-release: line 1: `CentOS release 6.8 (Final)

centos

Checking for an update to imav-deploy.sh

....

Adding ImunifyAV to CSF exceptions.../opt/alt/python35/share/imunify360/scripts/csf_tool: line 32: /etc/csf/imunify_allow.conf: No such file or directory

Restarting CSF to apply pignore changes

OK

....

Seems not to interfere with the installation but I just wanted to let you know.
