Scan fomr a chroot system

My server was shutdown because of a security problem, and I can just access to it through a chrooted environment. Is there a way launch a scan?

Scanning from chroot should work the same as scanning from anywhere else. Make sure you start your MySQL/MariaDB before you start scanning.
