Governor is filling up the /var/lve/dbgovernor with Millions of Files

Hi, it seems stats were turned on (I am guessing that is the cause) however what is the proper way to dispatch of those millions of files. After attempting to delete some using rm and printf it seems they are repopulating. I did turn off governor and lvestats and they still seem to be repopulating, or maybe it is just my imagination, but the inode usage goes back to the same initial number before I deleted them.

Hmm, I cannot find anything related in our knowledgebase, seems it haven't happened before. What are those files? Could you please show a screenshot?
