Emails services unstable

After installing Cloudlinux on my server with cpanel, mail service became unstable. Question:
- LVE settings (CPU, memory) for each site, influences the emails?

No, LVE doesn touch mail in any way or form.
Just apache & cronjobs

Another question

If the mail program is configured to connect to mail.domain.com, the cloudlinux will be counted with a 1 current connection ? Or in this case, if i have configured 20 connections current, 30 connections can push emails from server ?

CloudLinux will not interfere with connections from mail program.
They go to exim or similar mailserver, which we don control / touch.

We only restrict apache, and even there -- only some mimetypes/handlers, like php, cgi, etc..

It should have no effect on mail. In all the cases that were brought to us, it always turned out something else.
