After installing Cloudlinux on my server with cpanel, mail service became unstable. Question:
- LVE settings (CPU, memory) for each site, influences the emails?

No, LVE doesn touch mail in any way or form.

Another question
If the mail program is configured to connect to mail.domain.com, the cloudlinux will be counted with a 1 current connection ? Or in this case, if i have configured 20 connections current, 30 connections can push emails from server ?Comment

CloudLinux will not interfere with connections from mail program.
They go to exim or similar mailserver, which we don control / touch.
We only restrict apache, and even there -- only some mimetypes/handlers, like php, cgi, etc..
It should have no effect on mail. In all the cases that were brought to us, it always turned out something else.Comment
