lvm manager => setting empty and sever very slow after update

Hello
we update our could linux server by yum and after that our websites is very slow and lvm manager => setting tap is empty , and we have this error on logs

How we can fix this problem?

Hello,

Do you really use CloudLinux kernel? Can you please show me the output of uname -r ? I believe somehow you switched back to CentOS kernel.
