Hi,
This one definitely worth adding a ticket to our support as we already have MySQL 8.0.23 available in Governor. And here it tried to install 5.6 instead for some reason...

MySQL Governor install failed on new server in WHM
On a new server with CL 8.3 MySQL Governor failed to install as shown in screenshot.
