lvectl list is not working

Ive just intalled a fresh CloudLinux 6.2 setup on top of CentOS6
And Ive created 3 accounts in DA,
The LVE plugin is showing me that accounts with their lveid of 501 502 503 but the command of "lvectl list" is not working,
Ive already initialized those accounts by running a php file via web browser,

Any help to find out whats the issue? something wrong in my installation?

What do you mean by "not working"? What is the exact output of that command?
