When an account is excessive in exceeding the LVE limits, such as EP or PMEM, whilst Cloudlinux attempts to throttle this it still heavily affects the server from the SIGKILL or oom. This usually happens when there is an attack. It would be useful if we could call a script, or auto suspend an account to mitigate traffic automatically. I say call a script as we also use NGINX, which helps. However, in certain cases we may want to entirely null the traffic to a particular URL / account. Account suspension would be ideal in such circumstances.
