Add php limits (memory_limit, max_execution time and etc) to the package configuratio
Add php limits (memory_limit, max_execution time and etc) to the package configuratio
Add php limits (memory_limit, max_execution time and etc) to the package configuration, the same as IO, PMEM and other limits, so admin can set different limits for different packages (for now I can only set limits per user)
