Virus htaccess php all over cpanel

I have a virus and files keep replicating. My index, htacces are everywhere in the server. They have made new users in some sights in phpadmin. I removed those users.But immunify is not fixing the issue. Getting redirects on pages. Is there anything that I need to do on my end so it will clean it? Thank you
