    Yum update gives 29 confilcts = 8.10 (Vladimir Aksyonov)

    When updating, I get a lot of warnings, this started when the CloudLinux 8.10 became active. On CL 8.9 I did not had any trouble.

    Here is some info:

    Please change the best to False in /etc/yum.conf, then clear yum cache and try again.

      Hello!

      We haven't seen such problem before, let's try something basic - please clear yum cache then try again:

            Can you please confirm you tried 'yum clean all'?

            Same time, please check for any duplicate packages as in some cases they could be related to such issue: https://cloudlinux.zendesk.com/hc/en...packages-issue

              Hello,

              bogdan.sh I did all the above and all in the book but unable to resolve this issue. I noticed that I went from 29 issues to 28.

                      bogdan.sh Thanks! That fixed it. 244 updates, only 2 packages skipped. Is there any need to change /etc/yum.conf to True or just leave it False?

                        It's safe to leave it as False.
                        What are the errors with those two packages? Can you please show full output?

                            Do you have any packages installed from beta repository or all of them are from stable repo?
                            Do you have alt-php83 installed as a grouip? Please try:
