  • CloudLinux and Linux containers (LXC / OpenVZ)

    Hi,

Im a virtualization guy and a bit interested in technology behind CloudLinux.
Fr om some quick reading I understood that this is container-type technology you have in there.

Do you use LXC or OpenVZ Linux containers ? (Those also allow to limit CPU and resources to each instance)
    If not, why ?

Wh ere is the source code available of your kernel ?

CloudLinux is based on OpenVZ kernel, but it doesn use containers itself.
You can find source RPMs for kernel here:
http://repo.cloudlinux.com/cloudlinux/ (just navigate to the version you are looking for).
